Whether you are looking to rent your printers and photocopiers for one month or three years, our experienced team will tailor a bespoke rental contract that suits your needs.

Billing occurs on a monthly basis and if you decide you want to cancel your contract with us, all you need to do is give us 30 days’ notice and our team will pick up your machine after those 30 days.

All our Ricoh machines are promptly delivered to your premises, and carefully installed by our engineers. We can also provide any necessary training, ensuring you have all the knowledge you need to get the most out of your printers and photocopying systems.

We know how important it is for your business to keep your printers in perfect condition, which is why our affordable contracts also include any necessary servicing and maintenance, as well as a remote automatic toner cartridge ordering service. We also offer free over the phone support should a problem occur with your machine.
